Yes. Please call once you purchase your ticket and speak with our Special Events Director. They will ensure there is a spot for you during the event. When checking in, please advise that you previously arranged being in that section.

iPlay America, iPlay America’s Event Center, Warehouse 100 and GameTime Bar and Grill are all located under the same roof and can be accessed without going outside.

Please go to Security to report anything lost, and to check if it had been returned.

Ticket Types vary depending on the type of event.  All ticket types are outlined on the iPlay America website for each event.

The Line Privilege add on holds a place for you at the front of the general admission line, allowing you to have priority admission into the event. You must check in before the event in order to get your numbers wristband to hold your place in line. You must arrive before the scheduled door time in order to enter the room before General Admission. General Admission entry will not be held for Line Privilege latecomers.

There are concessions and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at all events. Some events will have alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

GameTime Bar and Grill is a full-service restaurant located just outside iPlay America’s Event Center and Warehouse 100, if you would like to sit down for a meal before or after the event.

There will be signage and security directing you to the line specific to your ticket type at the entrance.

Everyone that enters the Event Center needs a ticket. It is always recommended that you accompany your child into an event they are attending. Some events, such as certain Meet & Greets, have Parent Passes or General Admission passes available, that you can purchase to accompany your child into the event.

Parents who plan to attend an event with their child who is a VIP ticket holder must purchase a general admission ticket. The parent will not be allowed to partake in any of the VIP activities, but can wait in the show space until their child is done.

Guests are allowed to bring cameras as long as they are hanging around their neck. They are not permitted to bring a tripod or any large lenses. If you wish to bring those things, you will need to contact the Special Events Director to request a photography pass. This pass is subject to the approval by the talent’s management.
