The upcoming schedule of events for iPlay America has been announced and looks to be an exciting lineup for the spring season. A variety of acts including rock bands, stand-up comedy and kid’s shows are all set to perform live. Below is the lineup:
April 18-19: SoleXchange Sneaker Show- 12-5 p.m. Vendors, raffles, giveaways, live performances,
and sneaker battles will be part of the convention along with the
traditional viewing and trading/selling of sneakers. Tickets start at $20
Sunday, April 19 – FREE Meridian Kids Rock Health and Activities Fair-Noon-2 p.m. Enjoy an afternoon of rockin’ fun! Families will enjoy fun, educational and health-conscious activities. Take pictures with Danny iPlay and members of Meridian’s Pawsitive Action Team and win iPlay America prizes.
Thursday, April 23 – ODDRHYME TOUR Featuring Taylor Caniff with special guests Michael Wood & Zacc Mann- 7:30 p.m. Social media star Taylor Caniff will perform at iPlay America’s Event Center. General admission tickets are $20.
Saturday – April 24 – iPlay America and Catch a Rising Star present Vic DiBitetto- 6:30 p.m. Join iPlay America for a spectacular night of food and fun with comedian Vic DiBitetto, whose frenetic pace, honesty and
humanity leave audiences breathless with laughter. Enjoy an Italian buffet dinner and comedy show complete with celebrity guests and more! Bitetto’s “Bread and Milk” rant has accumulated 20 million YouTube views and he writes and produces “Ticked Off Vic” for WPLJ in New York City. He also appears in Kevin James’ new movie “Mall Cop: Part 2.” General admission tickets are $49.95 per person and include the buffet and show. VIP tickets are $74.95 and include the buffet, admission to the show and front of stage VIP seating.
Friday – May 15 – Noah Guthrie in Concert- FREE – 7 p.m. Guthrie, widely recognized for his role
as “Roderick” on “Glee,” is promoting his debut album “Among the Wildest Things.” Guthrie has amassed more than
53 million views on YouTube with his bluesy-pop style of music. He has been called the male Adele or a mix of John Legend and Dave Matthews. Throughout his young career, Noah has opened for a variety of artists including Ed Sheeran, Neon Trees, Ben Rector, Cobra Starship, Matisyahu, Matt Nathanson and Selena Gomez. Tickets
are free and may be downloaded. VIP tickets are $60.
Sunday – May 17 – Marvel Hero Within- Two Shows: Noon and 3 p.m. This 25-minute show features Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and the Evil Green Goblin. The Mighty Marvel Super Heroes star in this educational, humorous action packed show that starts out with the Green Goblin believing that he has developed a device to steal all powers from the Super Heroes. The show is free with the purchase of a Super Hero Pass (iRide Pass) for $14.95, or purchase a Super Hero PLUS Pass get an iRide Pass, a ticket to the show and a $10 game card for $27.95. Those who purchase the Super Hero PLUS Pass may opt to add a meet and greet with the Super Heroes from the show, receive an event poster, and enjoy a photo opportunity for an additional $9.95.
Saturday, June 6, 2015 – Cimorelli- 5 p.m. iPlay America’s Event Center. This unique group of six sisters is preparing to release its debut album in 2015. Cimorelli comprises Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, Lauren and Dani Cimorelli who gained a following of more than 2 million fans on YouTube over the last several years. General admission tickets are $20. VIP tickets are $75 and include a meet and greet with the group, a ticket to the show, a post-show backstage pass, event poster and a $10 iPlay America Game Card.
Sunday, June 14 – The Laurie Berkner Band LIVE!- Noon and 4 p.m. People magazine calls Laurie Berkner “The queen of children’s music.” She’ll get you and your kids dancing in the aisles with her special brand of “kiddie rock” songs written just for young children. Berkner has her own animated show on Sprout Television titled “Sing It, Laurie!” featuring her voice and original music. Berkner and her band will perform songs from her nine best selling, award-winning albums. General admission tickets are $27.50. Reserved seating tickets are $35. VIP tickets are $75 and include premium seating, a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with the band.
