Whether you use YouTube for music, movie clips, how-to info, or to watch the latest interviews, most of us could spend hours there without missing a beat. Some of my favorite videos feature covers of current hits. It is so fun and interesting to see artists from every genre of music perform covers. I look forward to concerts when I know the performer will be performing a cover—it’s a fresh take on a fun song and always gives the audience something to smile about!
Here are my top 5 favorite covers on YouTube!
- “Mirrors” by Boyce Avenue featuring Fifth Harmony (originally performed by Justin Timberlake)
- “Timber” by The Band Perry (originally performed by Pitbull featuring Ke$ha)
- “Someone Like You” by Luke Bryan (originally performed by Adele)
- “Heaven” by Jason Aldean (originally performed by Bryan Adams)
- “Shake It Out” by Kelly Clarkson (originally performed by Florence + The Machine)
