Freehold, NJ — iPlay America announced today that Rich Covey has joined the organization as vice president of food and beverage.
In this position, Covey will lead and manage all aspects of iPlay America’s food and beverage operations and facilities. He will be responsible for events, banquets, concessions, beverage operations and Game Time Bar & Grill, the full-service restaurant located inside iPlay America.
Covey brings twenty years of experience in the food service industry to iPlay America including being a Managing Partner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill for 11 years. During his tenure with Carrabba’s, Covey’s restaurants led national revenue performance demonstrating increased sales. He earned Partner of the Year accolades four times. Prior to Carrabba’s, Covey was owner/operator of Spring Lake Manor and the Clubhouse Bar & Grill.
